I love to read…a lot.
Numerous books have helped to mold me into the person I am today. Below are a few books I recommend. Each one has impacted my life in a special way. The best part is they are free and you can read all three of them in under a month-even for slow readers. I have included different links from iBooks, Kindle, and Nook.
I highly recommend the following:
1. Anthem by Ayn Rand
This is the first book I read by Ayn Rand. It discusses the importance of individuality through different metaphors. The book is rather short and I don’t want to give too much away, but the scene is set sometime in a future dark age of human dystopia. The author questions society as a collective and takes the reader on an unusual, yet prolific journey. Ayn Rand writes brilliant fiction. Though I do not agree with every single one of her views, Anthem is a must read for those that want to break free of society’s chains.
2. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
Think and Grow Rich is the first book I fell in love with. I have read this book more times than I can remember. Napoleon Hill writes the formula for success in his best-selling book. Having sold over 50 million copies world-wide, Think and Grow Rich contains a variety of powerful knowledge that is useful to anyone at any age. If you are one of the few people who haven’t read this book, do it now.
3. The Way of Peace by James Allen
From the author of As a Man Thinketh, James Allen writes about finding peace and understanding God. This hidden gem is a rare find from such a popular author. The Way of Peace touches my heart and soul in a manner that very few books do. After finishing this book, I read it again. It’s that good. You can read the entire book in less than a day and it will reward you for months to come.

Let me know if you enjoy any of these books and I would be happy to recommend others. If you have read all three or you know a better book, I would love to hear your book recommendations below.
