Happy Holidays! Welcome to 2014!

 Celebration2

I wanted to take some time to say a quick thank you to everyone who has been reading the site.

Starting this website has been a tremendous challenge over the last two years and continues to be an obstacle aiding my own personal growth, exploration, and creativity.

I  hope it has done the same for you.

Thank you all so much for your contributions, kind words, and support!

I just got back from visiting Hong Kong and the tiny gambling island of Macau.

I am so excited about this year.

There’s going to be a lot more writing, a lot more posts, and more great books to read.

During 2013, I read a record high number of books: 36 books last year alone. That’s about three books per month.

This year, I’d like to average a book a week.

I have some exciting material on the physical potential that I’m planning to release quite soon.

Stay tuned…

I hope all of you are having a wonderful time welcoming in the New Year and spending time with your friends and family.

One of my favorite parts of this time of year is that holidays give us a unique chance to break from daily routines and relax in the natural comfort of living simply.

We rest. We relax. We spend time with people we love. We break rules. And it’s okay to slack off (for a day or two).

If I could urge you to do one thing besides all the above it would be this:

Take a little solitary time and recollect about the past year and consider the following.

What went well about last year?

Where are your greatest opportunities for growth this year?

What would you like to accomplish this year?

Who should you be more compassionate towards this year?

As for me:

My annual focus for 2014 will be cultivating and integrating social intelligence within my current regime.

Get ready to learn how to network better, to be more generous, and how to balance your intellectual shell within the hazy socialsphere of mundane conversation.

P.S. If anyone is looking to connect on a personal or professional level, feel free to reach out and hit me up. There’s nothing I would love more than to speak with you about life, limitations, and reaching new heights.

If you are still a bit timid and don’t want to reach out…leave a comment on the site and let me know what you think.

Feel free to ask me and the other readers a question if you don’t understand a concept or if my writing is poor. And if you are extremely knowledgeable on a subject I’ve written about or manage to grasp the ungraspable, leave your mark below and let me know.

I’m interested in finding serious contributors to the site and perhaps even setting up a Google Hangout once a month to talk about how to travel the world, live a good life, and how to become better at everything.

Wherever you are, I wish you the best and happiest of holidays.

Happy New Year,

Stephan
